A 2-month free trial is offered for new businesses. Notification is made 7 days before the period ends; your active approval is taken to switch to a paid subscription, no automatic charging is done.
No. Rezo does not take commission. No share is taken from any reservation or transaction, including deposit transactions; only a fixed monthly subscription fee ($49.99 + VAT: Starred plan) applies.
You determine the deposit amount. The user makes the payment; the money waits in the protected pool of the licensed payment infrastructure. When the user arrives and scans the QR code, the deposit is refunded to them. If they don't arrive (no-show), the deposit is automatically transferred to your IBAN.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the Business Panel → Settings → Plan & Billing section. You continue to have access to all features until the end of the current period. Full months remaining in the annual subscription are refunded.
For the deposit feature, you must complete the sub-merchant registration of the payment infrastructure during registration. Tax plate, signature circular and IBAN information are sufficient. The process usually takes 1–3 business days.
Yes. Multi-location management is available in the Sponsored plan. You can define a separate deposit policy, calendar and panel for each branch.
Rezo sends all evidence, including QR code scanning timestamp and payment record, to your bank during chargeback processes. You don't need to perform any extra operations.
