Account and Registration
You can create your free account in a few steps with your email address and password by clicking the "Sign Up" button on the website or mobile application.
An 18-year-old requirement is applied for registration on the platform. Individuals under 18 can only use the platform under parent or guardian supervision; prepaid reservations are subject to the 18-year-old requirement in all circumstances.
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
You can delete your account from the Profile → Delete Account section. Your data is protected for 30 days, then permanently deleted. If you have active reservations, it is recommended that you complete or cancel them first.
Yes. You can update your name, email, and phone information at any time from the Profile section.
No. Accounts are designed for personal use and can only be used by the account holder.
No. Rezo never sends messages for advertising or marketing purposes. Only operational notifications for reservation confirmation, security notifications, and account transactions are transmitted.
Rezo provides special venue recommendations for you by analyzing your reservation history and preferences. Your data is not used in model training. You can turn this feature off from the Profile → Privacy Settings section.
Reservation
Select a venue from the home page, determine the date and time, enter the number of people, and confirm the reservation. Confirmation notification is sent instantly.
Yes. You can cancel for free at least 2 hours before the reservation time in free reservations, and at least 4 hours before in prepaid and deposit reservations.
A unique QR code is created in your application for every prepaid reservation. It is sufficient to show this code to the staff when you go to the venue. The moment the QR code is scanned, the "arrived" record is processed into the system and the deposit refund process starts automatically.
Scan your QR code when you go to the venue. The refund process is automatically triggered at the moment of scanning; the amount is reflected on the card you paid with within 3–10 business days.
Cancel from the application as soon as possible. In cancellations made within the free cancellation period, the deposit is fully refunded. In cancellations after the period has passed, the deposit policy determined by the business applies.
The system automatically records a no-show when 1 hour has passed without scanning the QR code. In this case, the deposit is not refunded and is transferred to the business. If you think it is an unfair record, you can object to destek@rezo.com.tr within 14 days.
Yes, you can have more than one active reservation for different venues and dates. It is not possible to create overlapping reservations for the same date and time.
Yes, you can add the guest name in the note field. However, payment and account transactions always occur through the registered user.
Payment and Refund
You can pay by credit card and debit card. All payments are securely performed with the BDDK licensed payment infrastructure and 3D Secure protocol.
Yes. Your card information is not stored in Rezo systems. Payments are carried out through the PCI-DSS compatible infrastructure.
The deposit is a refundable guarantee fee requested by the business for reservation security. When you go to the venue and scan the QR code, the deposit is refunded to you.
The refund process starts automatically at the moment of scanning the QR code or cancellation. The amount is reflected on the card you paid with within 3–10 business days. This period may vary according to your bank's processing time.
Since the deposit is collected on behalf of the business, the invoice is issued by the business. You can forward your invoice request to the relevant business.
Before starting an objection to your bank, write to destek@rezo.com.tr. Rezo can usually solve the problem within 3 business days by examining the payment record and QR code verification log.
Privacy and Data Security
Your personal data is processed within the scope of the KVKK numbered 6698. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for advertising purposes. Only the mandatory data for the presentation of the service is shared with the relevant business.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and object to your data. You can forward your requests to bilgi@rezo.com.tr; they will be responded to within 30 days at the latest.
No. User data is definitely not used in the training of AI models. AI only works for the purpose of offering personalized recommendations.
Rezo currently only uses mandatory technical cookies for the platform to work. No advertising or tracking cookies are active. You can manage your cookie preferences from your browser settings.
After your account is closed, your data is protected for 30 days. Within this period, it is possible to reactivate your account or export your data. At the end of 30 days, the data is permanently deleted.
Technical and Support
Rezo can be used via iOS and Android mobile applications and the www.rezo.com.tr website. The website is compatible with all modern browsers.

Yes. You can also create a reservation via your web browser from the www.rezo.com.tr address. The mobile application is recommended for QR code verification.
